Thanks to Kazin and Daft!

So, ich habe nochmal über La Passion und Natural nachgedacht, und bin zu folgendem Erschluss bekommen: Jeweils die Instrumental-Versionen, also [Solo Musica] und Passion müssen unter Cover aufgeführt sein, alle anderen Mixe kommen ganz klar unter "musikalische Zitate".

Natural [Solo Musica] => Es wurde alles bis auf den Schlussteil von der Alla Turca (Mozart) verwendet.

Passion => Wer Rectangle kennt, weiß, dass der Unterschied nicht allzu groß ist.

Nichts genaues weiß man nicht , aber vielleicht hilft das weiter:

Die Assoziation die sich bei mir zu Dance 'N' Roll einstellt ist The Prodigy - Out of Space - das "I'm gonna send you...." Sample (im gelinkten Video ab ca. 00:40) wird von anderen auch recht gerne mal in diversen Tracks verwendet - in diesem Fall wird ja auch musikalisch ein wenig die reggae-mäßige Begleitung der Textpassage aus dem Original zitiert...

Frankly speaking, Gigi must put an information about the people in a booklet, who are the original authors of the composition. In other words, in our case:

Il Folklorista - Those Were The Days (Gigi Dag & Luca Noise Trip) -> Gigi & Luca are authors of the cover = Di Agostino & Martire
[Gene Raskin] -> is an original authorship

The same situation is with the other compositions.

This is not how it works. There are no "authors" of a cover version, because covers usally keep the original composition. When they take the original song and completely turn it around or just take samples from them they add their songwriter credits to the original ones, e.g.:

Sorry, but the artist is completely seperate from the author. In some cases, the artist also takes part in the songwriting, but in many others, they either let others write their songs or cover old songs. There is no such thing as a "cover author", even if there was it's still irrelevant. Author is always the same, no matter which artists perform the song. Except when they sample parts of songs and make new ones out of them or get special permission from the author or rightholder to modify the composition.

Ich weiß nur, dass die Strophen einem Titel von Depeche Mode ziemlich nahe kommen. Wurde auch schon in einem der älteren Coverthreads genannt, da muss ich wohl noch mal suchen.

So, zu Together In A Dream: Hört euch mal Depeche Mode - Waiting For The Night an und sagt mir, ob ich es bei den Zitaten aufnehmen kann.
Genau dasselbe gilt für L'Amour Toujours / Depeche Mode - But Not Tonight.
Was mir gerade noch einfällt: Bei Vorrei Fare Una Canzone könnte es sich um eine italienische Volksweise handeln - weiß jemand genaueres?
