hlennarz Posted December 9, 2019 Posted December 9, 2019 (edited) Und ein weiterer Klassiker mit kleinen Schnipseln immer wieder unnötig gekürzt zwichendurch. z.B. - bei 0:50 fehlen 8 Sekunden. - bei 1:46 fehlen 8 Sekunden. - bei 2:18 fehlen 8 Sekunden. THX Gigi... Die haben den Song ja wirklich vorher ruiniert / zu lang werden lassen und mussten unter allen Umständen entfernt werden... 👍 Glücklicherweise kann man durch die Charakteristik des Songs mit seinen Loops später einige dieser Schnitte wohlmöglich rückgängig machen.... Well, if he wouldn't do pointless edits like that I would love these uploads. I see no reasoning for his logic and it bothers me we will never get these songs as we heard and got to love them all those years ago. Because he decided for example: "Let's just remove the Intro from Madness/Malinconia. Who needs it anyway, lol". And yes, the more he does stuff like that, the more "hatred" or let's call it dissapointment is growing for me. You got that right. Yes, I am pissed off at this. When I saw this Upload I was super happy but immediatly went "Oh please be uncut this time". I was happy during the intro, thinking it might actually be the full song and then: "Nope." My Mind went: "OH COME ON, FFS!!!" "Walking on the Sky" is one of my personal Programmino Era gems. So I take offense to chopping it by tiny amounts like that. Madness was overall more of an offense to me not to include the Intro, I guess this job with Walking on the Sky just finally broke the camels back for me. I'm fed up with this sh** and want it to freakin' stop. I do understand the past releases of shortened versions of 10min+ tracks like he did with Hymn during the CD Age (from 10:30 to 7:00) where 80min max was a limit and you couldn't just release new cds every day. However I don't understand freaking 8 seconds of removal like in here. Or to be honest any in the digital age. Period. If you still aim for 80min, just remove 1 or 2 songs in order to keep the rest full lenght and put the 2 removed ones on the next digital release. Programmino version has additional backing harmonics. "Madness" has 1 more fisarmonica loop here but without any backing harmonics. 4:53 = Madness fades out with fisarmonica melody, backing harmonics& beat / Programmino version has 2 more vocal loops.
