Criterion macht neues Need For Speed

10.11.09 - Criterion arbeitet am nächsten Teil der Need For Speed-Marke. Das bestätigte Frank Gibeau, Präsident von EA Games, während einer Telefonkonferenz. Das Spiel soll 2010 - wohl im Herbst - auf den Markt kommen.

Criterion Games wurde 1993 gegründet und hat seinen Firmensitz in Guilford, England. Zu den bekanntesten Entwicklungen gehört die Burnout-Serie, die Middleware "RenderWare" und der Shooter Black (PS2, Xbox). Seit August 2004 gehört das Studio zu Electronic Arts.
