Liebe Leute, ich habe da ein Problem und hoffe es kann mir hier jemand weiterhelfen.

Ich habe in einer DVD eine Brandstelle. Bei der Auswahl im Menü, bleibt dann die DVD hängen.

Gibt es eine Möglichkeit die DVD zu reparieren oder neu zu brennen.

die Brandstelle ist etwa einen Zentimeter lang und 2 Millimeter breit.

ich hoffe es kann mir jemand weiterhelfen.

Wie kann ich mir denn eine Brandstelle vorstellen? Also ich kenne ja Kratzer auf der Disc, dann springt die auch immer. Aber was ist das denn und wie entsteht so was? Sorry, wenn ich so doof frage.
