Lycos will nicht länger die IP-Verbindungsdaten seiner DSL-Kunden aufbewahren. Die Unterhaltungsindustrie freut das wenig. Wer mit Lycos surft, braucht künftig keine Sorge mehr haben, von der Musikindustrie verklagt zu werden. Das Unternehmen hat nun bekannt gegeben, die sensiblen IP-Verbindungsdaten seiner Nutzer nicht länger zu speichern.
