Es wäre halt nicht Gigi, wenn er nicht zig Versionen davon mit winzig kleinen verschiendenen Details hätte...

Thanks for your effort in finding out the text! There are some words that sound different to me, I highlighted them above. I never expected this song to be published and it nearly made me cry when I heard it on Tube the first time. There has been a short record from a live-session in 2009 on Tube before that I listened to over and over again, but then the video was removed and the song existed only in my memories. Listening to the full version after about 10 years is really stunning!!! One of the best songs Gigi made with Marani as a singer in my opinion. I am very grateful that it has finally been released!
