Trasmission is stretched/slowed down. It was not created at 110 BPM, but at around 135 BPM. That is not a matter of interpretation. When samples are stretched/contracted considerably, you can hear it, as the signature, for lack of a better word, becomes skewed and it sounds unnatural. E.g. the cymbals don’t sound like that unless they are stretched. Makes no sense for him to create it at 135 BPM before Again, and then release it slowed down. Also, it uses “instruments”, plugins, effects and samples that were not present in any of his music before Again/the Il Cammino time, and in most cases not available. It might allready have originated as a beat/sample/riff/etc. around the time Again (Gigi Tanz) was created. But Trasmission existing as a fully fledged track before Again (Gigi Tanz)? I simple do not believe so. Edit: Another thing. The egg came before the chicken, since chickens evolved from dinosaurs and dinosaurs also layed eggs, meaning the parents of the first chicken were dinosaurs.

it says 1995-2015 likely because of "Well in the Bell" being a modern take on "Giallone Remix" (though that was released in 1994. Close enough I guess). Trasmission came after Again 10000%. You can hear how Gigi used a filter to distinguish the cut where the main portion would have started. also, he didn't play Trasmission live until just shortly before his illness. "Saltarén" is an entirely different track that just includes one melody of "Welfare (I Wanna Tanz)". It wasn't just slowed down/sped up.

Damit ist eigentlich alles dazu gesagt. Behauptungen sind anmaßend, wenn man es nicht genau weiß (und wer von uns war schon im Studio dabei?!)- es sind nur Vermutungen. Vielleicht entsteht eine Idee aus einer anderen. Und so können auch Teile eines Songs, wie Intro/Outro Songs oder Teile von Songs sein, die es schon vorher gab.

Your arguments about the process of slowing down the song sound very reasonable to me. But regarding Gigi you can never be sure.^^

Well, I think the track is before that version of Again, because the album name says 1995-2015. Maybe it was a proof of concept song and now they release it. Isn't the first time GG start a new song with an older one.

I don’t think Trasmission came before Again (Gigi Tanz). Gigi and Luca has played Trasmission live “recently” (before corona).
