Wie gesagt, Gigi hat den Release der Dance Version von Welcome To Paradise seitens ZYX schon einmal verhindert. Ich glaube kaum, dass er die anderen Tracks absegnen würde. Bei der "Best Of" CD, welche sehr grob aus Vorschlägen hier bei GFU entstand waren auch zunächst Tracks wie Oltrepassando etc. als "Wünsche" gelistet. Und laut SIAE hat ZYX sogar die Rechte an diesen alten Tracks. Inklusive der unveröffentlichten Tracks der ersten LT2 Tracklist. Damals gab es so viel ich weiß sogar Ärger für ZYX, weil Sie die erste Tracklist der LT2 auf ihrer Website gelistet hatten ohne Einwilligung von Gigi's Management. Wer weiß, villeicht klingt gerade deshalb die ZYX CD so grauenhaft. Villeicht hat Gigi extra ein schlechtes Master der Finalen CDs geschickt aus Rache...

Die Dance Version von "Welcome to Paradise" sollte ja auch auf einen Sampler von ZYX. Dann gab es aber ein Veto seitens Herrn Agostino.

Exactly. Well, Amorelettronico was just a small loop on the main page. Silence, as well as Lady Oscar and the Others were in a seperate section named "Ascolta I Brani" Sound quality wasn't very good unfortunately. I still have most of these songs somewhere (Apart from the "1000" tracks I think)

This was the first leaked tracklist. Back then german store "Media Markt" had listenable previews of these tracks, wich give some more Info. These previews were described by user "Diamond" back in January 2005. I tried my best to make sense of it all: 1-01. Baby Soul -> "Total Care" (not known wich of the 2 versions) 1-02. Angel (Piano Intro, rest similar to Silence "Vision 5") 1-03. Time To Play -> "Wellfare (Elettro Gigi Dag)" 1-04. The Rain (not known wich of the 2 versions) 1-05. Diamond is still a semi-active member, but I doubt he will remember much detail after more than 14 years. However I feel that those previews could have been simple "wrong versions of tracks used" to some degree. Because the beginning of the tracklist is very similar to the final CD1.

Gigi once said "Il Grande Viaggio Volume 2 is ready in a few weeks". Back on his forum in 2002 or 2003. Maybe this is what the infamous "Capitulo Primero / Capitulo Segundo" CD's were going to be.

Gigi uploaded die Dateien in 44.1khz, 24bit. 😛 Den Stream kann man sich mit ein bisl tricksen dann am Rechner aufnehmen. Let Yourself go ist ungekürzt ? Ein Wunder ist geschehen. Dafür musste Another Way dran glauben.

Overall Madness "Intro" is about 0:33 shorter. 1 vocal loop added at 0:42 1 vocal loop added at 2:06 longer interlude at 3:15 1 vocal loop added at 3:57 4:39 = Beat continues in "Madness" but is missing in the Programmino version. Programmino version has additional backing harmonics. "Madness" has 1 more fisarmonica loop here but without any backing harmonics. 4:53 = Madness fades out with fisarmonica melody, backing harmonics& beat / Programmino version has 2 more vocal loops. The second loop fades to vocal only and a "cold" ending.

Well, if he wouldn't do pointless edits like that I would love these uploads. I see no reasoning for his logic and it bothers me we will never get these songs as we heard and got to love them all those years ago. Because he decided for example: "Let's just remove the Intro from Madness/Malinconia. Who needs it anyway, lol". And yes, the more he does stuff like that, the more "hatred" or let's call it dissapointment is growing for me. You got that right. Yes, I am pissed off at this. When I saw this Upload I was super happy but immediatly went "Oh please be uncut this time". I was happy during the intro, thinking it might actually be the full song and then: "Nope." My Mind went: "OH COME ON, FFS!!!" "Walking on the Sky" is one of my personal Programmino Era gems. So I take offense to chopping it by tiny amounts like that. Madness was overall more of an offense to me not to include the Intro, I guess this job with Walking on the Sky just finally broke the camels back for me. I'm fed up with this sh** and want it to freakin' stop. I do understand the past releases of shortened versions of 10min+ tracks like he did with Hymn during the CD Age (from 10:30 to 7:00) where 80min max was a limit and you couldn't just release new cds every day. However I don't understand freaking 8 seconds of removal like in here. Or to be honest any in the digital age. Period. If you still aim for 80min, just remove 1 or 2 songs in order to keep the rest full lenght and put the 2 removed ones on the next digital release. IT CAN'T BE THAT FREAKING HARD. *Mic drop* I need a drink...
